Making Over Your Yard for Spring
February is not quite spring, of course, we would never dream of arguing that point — especially giving the weather we have been enjoying recently in most parts of the world. That being said, however, March is but a week away, and that is the perfect time to start preparing for true spring.
You can already begin prepping all your tools and things for the coming spring months, to make sure you are ready to start the job of landscaping.
One very important thing is making sure your tools are in good shape. For instance, anything with a blade — shovels, hoes, lawnmower, et cetera — needs to be sharpened. Not only are dull tools pretty well worthless, but in some cases they can mess up your yard.
You can also begin testing your soil, so you will know what you need when you are ready to buy fertilizer and the like.
